The eventbrite ticket app just continuously refreshes the page, not working? I can't install/configure. apps.facebook.com/eventbritetab

Adding the eventbrite for pages app, the username/pw login to link our eventbrite isn't working. We log in our eventbrite with an email address, is that the username? Tried it 20 different ways, not working.
